The kids' schools had spirit days planned for the last day of school before Christmas break...The boys had Ugly Sweater Day and Savannah had PJ Day. The bad thing was I thought Savannah was just being her usual pokey morning self and I yelled at her to get ready for school...she laughed and said, "Uh Mom, it's PJ Day" :D OOPS
Savannah had a school skate too and thankfully the kids changed out of their PJs :D This was also the last day to see Mrs. Murray before she left on a 2 year adventure with her husband and boys overseas. We will miss you!
Christmas Break began and it was a good thing as more events and parties were just around the corner. First up was my family's party and we were the hosts this year. We had a lot of fun with lunch at Mandarin Restaurant, followed by Bowling, Mini-golfing, Rock Wall Climbing and Billiards. After all that fun we went back to our house and opened stockings, played games, did Bible sword drills and even had the on-fire Jessica cooled off by her mom. Oh and we couldn't forget everyone's chocolate letters, snowflakes and the appearance of Granny ;D
Next up we had our own family Christmas party and it was a nice evening with supper at the Roadhouse and opening of gifts...Kim did a fabulous wrapping job while I did mine a little more plain and boring.
Savannah loved the gifts her dolls received
The Christmas program at church was a splendid evening celebrating the birth of our Saviour, Jesus Christ. May we always remember the priceless gift God gave.
Logan Update:
Logan was admitted to the hospital early yesterday morning for congestion and low oxygen levels. Although he is feeling a little better already, this morning he had some abnormal blood work which they want to make sure returns to normal before they let him return home.

Among the parties, special school days, christmas programs and time off on Christmas break, the kids had a lot of fun playing games and playing with their friends. Looking forward to more time together...
