After crossing a picket line of protesters at the Turkey Shoppe, I got our turkeys for our thanksgiving dinners.
On Saturday, the new sign was placed and Mark was living the dream cooking thanksgiving dinner from scratch...he loves to cook :) So thankful to enjoy a meal together with family and friends. Thanks Mark for cooking a delicious meal!
On Sunday, we visited my family in Chatham and on Monday Mark got to cooking again, in my parents kitchen this time. We enjoyed another delicious Thanksgiving meal after waiting for Nelson, our turkey, to finish cooking. Although not everyone could make it, I loved being able to relax together with my family. A big thank you Jenny and Brian for letting us stay with your family and especially to the twins who share their stuffies with me :)
We also celebrated Melissa's birthday and my parents anniversary.
Kim and enjoyed a lovely walk at Springwater and I love that on the way to the conservation area we passed "my house". No, it's not really my house but every time I drive by this this house, I comment on it and it "became my house". I have no idea what it looks like inside but I love the house and the surrounding property :)
We watched some more baseball and enjoyed watching the Jays sweep the Rangers! I think the pictures say it all as they reached the ALCS.
With the weather still beautiful, Carsten spent a lot of time out on the trampoline practicing soccer skills.
So thankful for all our many blessings.
