Koopman Project Life: WEEK 22 ~ MAY 28-JUNE 3, 2015

There was a lot happening this week too...some of the highlights were visits with Mom Koopman, a class trip for Savannah's class, a baseball tournament, Saturday garage sales, taking yearbook pictures at the school, the District Track and Field meet and Summer soccer pictures to name a few ;)

After visiting some garage sales, we found this cool Minion at a sale and we also found that Logan was SOLD at the Koopman garage sale.

With such beautiful weather this week, Kim and I visited Mom and were able to have some nice strolls in the courtyard. Mom really seemed to enjoy looking at the flowers and vegetables.

Summer soccer is underway ... More pictures to come. I love that the boys are in the same league this year, one less night at the soccer field but I love seeing them working together for a common goal.

Savannah's class earned a trip to the park and the kids enjoyed playing on the equipment, running around and playing baseball...super fun time.

I often spend time at the school trying to get pictures for the yearbook in May and June...ensuring that I have several usable pictures of each child and taking team and club pictures. The first picture is of the student council and the second is kids playing around while I am taking team pictures.

The baseball tournament was super fun as Carsten and Savannah both ended up playing on the school team. The team needed to field 3 girls at all times and when a girl on the team was unable to come, the coach asked Savannah to play the day before the tournament...super special to be in Grade 4 and play with her big brother who was in his last year of elementary school.

District Track and Field Meet was a fun day where the kids compete against other christian schools athletes. With Alex in high school, there were less conflicts and it made it easier for me to watch more of the kids' events.
